Which badge or package is right for me?<\/summary>\n

The Nashville Film Festival offers a variety of badges to suit different interests. If you\u2019re looking for maximum access to every screening and event in-person and online, then the Icon Badge is for you. Our Creators Conference badge is for folks who want access to all the panels with film and music industry pros, as well related happy hours and mixers. Lastly, if you\u2019re a cinephile only interested in seeing movies and Q&As with filmmakers, we recommend the Film Focus package to save on in-person film tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m coming from out of town. Where should I stay?<\/summary>\n

We recommend the Hilton Nashville Green Hills, the host venue for our Creators Conference and within walking distance of our main screening venue, Regal Green Hills. Plus, enjoy a special festival rate with this discounted booking link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need a badge or package to attend the festival?<\/summary>\n

No, individual tickets can be purchased for both in-person and virtual film screenings, Creators Conference panels or events, and certain parties. For most screenings and events, rush tickets will be available on-site on a first come, first served basis. Certain events like happy hours and mixers are non-ticketed and exclusive access to badge holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does the festival accept cash?<\/summary>\n

No. The Nashville Film Festival is 100% cashless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How can I get a member discount?<\/summary>\n

NashFilm members receive a 20% discount on tickets and badges. When purchasing tickets via the app or Festival Hub<\/a>, members should login with the email address tied to their membership to receive the member discount. For more information on NashFilm Membership, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does the festival offer accessibility accommodations?<\/summary>\n

The Nashville Film Festival is dedicated to equitable access to our programming. To request accessibility accommodations for specific events, please contact us via email at info@nashfilm.org<\/a>. Please email us at least seven days (7) in advance of the event to facilitate your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I get a refund?<\/summary>\n

All badges, packages, and ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. In the unlikely event that in-person events must be canceled or relocated, exchanges or refunds will be made available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I watch festival films online?<\/summary>\n

A selection of festival films will be available from Monday, September 22nd through Monday, September 29th for at-home viewing. Please note that not all films screening in-person will be made available in the Virtual Cinema and in limited cases, geo-based restrictions may apply to some viewers outside of Tennessee or the United States. Tickets for virtual film screenings can be purchased individually or are included at no additional cost for certain badge holders. Do I need to reserve tickets in advance with my badge\/package?<\/summary>\n

We highly encourage badge and package holders to reserve tickets in advance and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time to guarantee entry. Badge and package holders can \u201cwalk up\u201d to screenings or events without a ticket reservation, as long as tickets are still available and not sold out. Please note, we require advance ticket reservation for certain events, like our Opening and Closing Night Parties.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I reserve tickets with my badge\/package?<\/summary>\n

Reserve tickets online via the Festival Hub<\/a> or in the Nashville Film Festival app. To reserve a ticket, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log into your Eventive account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On the welcome page, click \u201cschedule\u201d to browse the 2025 festival screenings and events. Click on any screening or event for more information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the \u201cOrder Tickets\u201d button on the event or screening you want to attend.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You can select the quick order option to reserve a ticket for free using your badge\/package. If you have more than one badge on your account, be sure to select the correct badge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Please note: If your badge\/package does not give you free access to that screening or event, you will be prompted to pay for a ticket. Review your benefits on the \u201cBadges\u201d page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

    I reserved a ticket but can no longer attend the screening\/event. What should I do?<\/summary>\n

    Please cancel your ticket to make room for someone else! Badge and package holders can cancel their tickets at any time. To cancel your ticket, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log into your Eventive account on the Festival Hub<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click \u201cMenu\u201d in the top right corner (if you are on a mobile device, click the hamburger button).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click \u201cMy Tickets\u201d on the side bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. On the ticket you would like to cancel, locate a small gear icon to the right of the green \u201cShow Barcode\u201d button.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click the small gear. A dropdown menu will appear with the option to \u201cCancel Ticket.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How do I transfer my badge\/package to another person?<\/summary>\n

      Please note: Only certain badges\/packages can be transferred. To transfer a badge\/package, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Log into your Eventive account on the Festival Hub.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click \u201cMenu\u201d in the top right corner (if you are on a mobile device, click the hamburger button).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click \u201cMy Badges\u201d on the side bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Once on the \u201cMy Badges\u201d page, locate a small \u201cgear\u201d icon to the right of the green \u201cShow Barcode\u201d button for the individual badge\/package you wish to transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Click the small gear. A dropdown menu will appear with the option to \u201cTransfer Badge.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. A pop up window will have a place for you to enter the email address of the individual whom you are giving the badge\/package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Hit \u201cSubmit\u201d in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The recipient will receive an email asking them to accept the transfer. They will need to login or create an account to accept the transfer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
